Redolent of dusty sugarcane and tobacco scents, with the sugarcane getting burnt and caramelized on the way out. Vanilla and tanned leather on the palate. Adding a little water opens up the dried fruit and floral notes. Nice rye spice lingering on the finish. 10 years old. 107 proof.
