Alfred Giraud Harmonie French Malt Whisky Beer Barrels with notes of caramelized toastDrawn from three French malt distillates, Harmonie is matured largely in hand selected very old Cognac casks, with new French Limousin and American oak also shaping the blend. After a period in extra old Cognac casks, it is married with a lightly peated French malt and finished again in those casks.
