Lula Carignan High Meadows 2020 Argentina Singani is a protected DO105 year old head trained vines. Native yeast fermented. Whole clusters lightly treaded twice before pressing within a week's time. Semi carbonic. Elevage in flex tanx followed by 5 months of aging in neutral barrel. No racking. Bottled without added sulfur in March 2021.
