The hat pin has a filagree silver metal decorative end applied marked Fishel Nessler & Co; a New York jewelry maker (1885 1930s). The pin head is quite detailed and a lovely style . The hat pin, measuring approximately 11" tall, an earlier pin given the enactment of laws limiting the length of hat pins in the 1910s. The metal head is approximately 1 1 8" wide.
