Anonymous (early 20th century), Mourne Mountains from Rossglass Mary West artist Dublin Benches may not always beAnonymous watercolour from the early decades of the 20th century. This could be the work of George Farrell or Robert Cresswell Boak, both of whom worked in this part of Ireland, capturing rural landscapes and homesteads. As was commonly depicted at the time, the small thatched cottage has chickes around the front door, a curved dirt road and an unspoilt landscape in the background. 28 x 18cm excluding frame and mount. In original frame. Unsigned.
