The Comtesse Claire De Montesquiou bought this estate in 1991. 20 ha for wine and 10ha for Armagnac. Natural wine. Harvested in mid September in 2012. Fermented to 9% abv. Comes off the still between 52 and 54% abv. New oak for 18 months. Exclusively Gascogne oak. Medium toast on all the barrels. No additives, no color adjustment, no sweetness adjustment. 100% Baco. Youngest brandy
