It has a Victorian style, with the lace high neck, with and ivory lace and ribbon creating a V shape in front. This blouse has a front button closure with a slightly fuller sleeve and a beautiful lace and ribbon cuff with several button closures. Made in USA. This is the Gunne Sax juniors label, so it is marked as a size 9, but we estimate this would
