Instituted in 1937. Constructed in 18. Karat white and yellow Gold, onyx and enamels; the five red arrows crossed at centre, with red banner inscription Caesaris Caesari Dei Deo, mounted to a black onyx cross, 70 mm (h) x 70 mm (w), in near mint condition.
