From ancient soils ("terre antiche"), this wine arrives to your hands with full fruit and high acidity. Green apple and lime zest keep the acidy elevated, but the clay soil still speaks, adding a slight roundness. 3 months of lees aging adds onto that complexity even further. We would recommend pairing this with a fresh pasta primavera.
