Domaine Mosse 'Bisou' Rouge VDF, 2023 eola amity CHINOLA is a creative collaborationThis wine is made from a field blend of 30% Grolleau Noir, 20% Pineau d'Aunis, 10% Ct (Malbec), 10% Grolleau Gris, and 10% Gamay. The grapes come from 35 year old vines on a mix of clay, gravel, and schist soils. Bisou is a classic 'vin de soif' light, juicy and crushable with bright red berry flavors. Pair it with ground beef or peppery flank steak tacos.
