Offered in very nice matured condition this was almost certainly recovered from the battlefield

This recycled aluminum mess tin was called "Model-Ro" and specs for this canteen were first issued on 5th July 1939

and the United Kingdom who had given either one day's service in an air sortie over Korea

Much of the original finish has been retained and now displays a lovely patina color
