Prussia, Kingdom. A House Order Of Hohenzollern, Knight’s Cross With Swords, By Wagner & Sohn, C.1916 Newly Listed Shield and wings in frosted(Hausorden von Hohenzollern, Ritterkreuz mit Schwertern). Instituted 18 January 1851 by King Friedrich Wilhelm IV. (1864 1918 issue). Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with black and white enameled arms, the obverse with a central white enameled medallion bearing a hand painted Hohenzollern Imperial Eagle, within a blue enameled ring bearing a silvered inscription of of VOM FELS ZUM MEER (FROM THE CLIFFS TO
