Deep garnet in the glass, it opens with aromas of black cherry, wild blackberry, plum, cracked black pepper, clove, and subtle violet, layered with hints of earth, toast, and savory umami. The palate is medium to full bodied, with vibrant acidity, silky yet structured tannins, and a long, spicy finish that combines dark fruit, mineral nuance, and gentle oak.
