Fresh and restrained nose with citrus zest, green apple, and crushed oyster shell. Hints of white flowers, lemon blossom, and a chalky minerality typical of Kimmeridgian soils. Crisp and linear, with high acidity and a light to medium body. The palate mirrors the nose lemon, lime, green pear alongside wet stone and a saline edge. A pure, precise
