Arisaema utile Amorphophallus leucophylla x (SThis Himalayan species is found in rocky woodland forests from 8,000 13,000' elevation in Sikkim, Bhutan, and Nepal. The 18" tall stem topped with three lobed foliage emerges alongside the simultaneously developing short stalked inflorescence. The bright ruby red spathe holds the whip like ruby appendage which resembles an Arisaema griffithii whose hood has been lifted up in the front for a peek, I'm sure.
