This is a nice example of a late WWII M1 Helmet made by McCord Radiator, with complete Firestone liner. Both he helmet and liner are name to an officer named ROTH who was a Lieutenant that was apparently promoted to Major (most likely while on Occupation duty after the war.) The U. S. WWII M 1 helmet was only produced from 1941 to 1945. The first production batch resulted with over 323,510 M 1 helmets before the
