The Act of Union (Riksakten) was negotiated during the spring of 1815

with a dedication to “HEINRICH LÜCKE” in recognition of his 25 years of service with Deutsche Reichsbahn (German Reich Railways)

It was awarded in four classes: 1st Class with a gold gilt laurel wreath on the ribbon

and featuring a 218 mm long magnetic nickel-plated steel blade
