This is a nice example with a very good metal shield, which has been removed from a uniform, so at present there is no fabric included. The shield and back plate itself are in good shape, with lots of the original finish and a great patina, as shown. Unfortunately, the short metal tabs that attach the front and back plate have broken off over the years. Ready to display! The Crimea Shield (Krimschild or KRIM Shield)
