Constructed of brass, the obverse bearing a raised insignia in the form of a winged propeller overlaid by a central mobile swastika, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, unmarked, measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with minor surface tarnishing evident, a scarce buckle in near extremely fine condition.
