This is a very interesting Scottish lovely All Steel "boxlock" style flintlock pocket pistol, dating to approximately 1820. The grip is hollow and made from sheet steel, something we rarely see on European arms, and features engraving throughout the frame, though it is worn. The grip shows some lovely floral engraving, but more importantly, there are engraved thistle flowers on either side of the "box lock", an
