This is a very unique set, as the underside of the case is marked in gold with Wagner Art. 48 And the front of the binoculars are beautifully engraved with Wagner Art. 48, making this a tremendous matching set issued to a soldier named Wagner of the 48th (4th Royal Saxon) Field
