A Gold Maltese cross with white emamelled arms, the obverse centre presents a white enamelled medallion bearing a red enamelled Lippian rose, surrounded by a blue enamelled ring, inscribed FR TREUE UND VERDIENST (FOR LOYALTY AND SERVICE), surrounded by the rays of a Gold eight pointed star, the reverse centre presents the crowned
