Constructed of blackened bronze; the obverse with a pebbled field, depicting a set of crossed swords superimposed on an anchor, surrounded by a linked chain; the reverse with a vertical pinback, a barrel hinge, and a flat wire catch, measuring 37. 56 mm (w) x 43. 50 mm (h), weighing 9. 1 grams, in near mint condition.
