This really nice original example is in very fine condition, showing masses of patina! This is a Gunner's Powder Horn, used to prime the Cannons using very fine gunpowder. Marked on large end fitting of the horn are what we assume are Regimental Markings: O A. No. 5. I. This horn is just classic of its type, the body is basically a 14" Cow's Horn fitted with a brass end plug fitting on the wide end, in the center of which
