In 18K Gold, presenting a white enamelled Maltese cross with ball finials, and green enamelled wreath segments in each quadrant, central obverse medallion featuring a right facing portrait of Marianne, and enamelled crossed flags on the reverse, a surmounting green enamelled wreath suspension, measures 58. 6 mm (w) x 84. 8 mm (h), weighs 41. 4 grams (including
