Der daraus entstehende Syrah im klassischen, alten Welt Stil ist elegant und floral und bildet einen Kontrast zu den krftigen, reifen Stilen wrmerer Anbaugebiete. Ein kleiner Anteil Viognier und Roussanne Trauben wird gemeinsam vergoren (Co Fermentation), um zustzliche Aromatik sowie fein strukturierte Tannine zu verleihen.
