Silver gilt and enamels, 41. 7 mm x 68. 8 mm, original triangular ribbon, dark patina, intact enamels, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, inscribed "CB. CABA V." on the lid, maker marked "HUGERNIN FRERES & Co. LE LOCALE Medailleurs (Suisse)" on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, soiled, paper covering peeling on the back edge, case near fine.
